Runs Small, Okay Quality

This cut is for people with defined waists, unlike my own. I usually wear a small comfortably but this was tight in the waist, so I'm exchanging for a larger size.

The quality is okay. The fabric is decently heavy, but unlined, and fasten with a metal hook instead of a button. I like the style, so I think I'll hold on to them if the larger size fits well, but for the price I would have expected a bit better quality.
